2. The Information We Collect

We only collect the information we genuinely need to run BLT safely and responsibly.

2.1 Personal details

  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Country of residence

2.2 Billing information

  • Subscription status
  • Renewal dates
  • Payment history


Important:
BLT never sees or stores your credit card details. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

2.3 Login and account information

  • Username and password
  • IP address
  • Device type (non-sensitive)
  • Login timestamps

2.4 Associate information (if applicable)

  • Your Sponsor
  • Referral activity
  • 12-level team structure
  • Commission eligibility and payments
  • Australian bank details for commissions

2.5 Support interactions

  • Emails
  • Support tickets
  • Notes required to resolve your request

2.6 Course usage (non-behavioural)

  • Module progress
  • Completion status
  • Access logs (for troubleshooting)

We do not collect:

  • Tax File Numbers
  • Government ID (except for parental consent verification for minors aged 15–17)
  • Biometric data
  • Health information
  • Sensitive personal information

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Create and manage your BLT account
  • Provide access to BLT courses and Member features
  • Process subscriptions and payments
  • Track referrals and pay commissions (for Associates)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

4. How We Store Your Information (US Servers)

BLT operates using secure servers located in the United States. This means your personal information may be stored overseas.

Your information remains protected under Australian Privacy Law even when stored internationally.

We use:

  • Secure hosting infrastructure
  • Access controls and password protection
  • Routine monitoring and security reviews

5. Cross-Border Disclosure

By using BLT, you consent to your information being processed in:

  • the United States, where our servers and some service providers are based.

Some trusted providers may process limited data in other locations. We take reasonable steps to ensure they meet strong privacy and security standards.

We rely on trusted providers to operate BLT safely and reliably.

Payments

  • Stripe processes all card payments. BLT never sees your card details.

Email

  • Reputable email delivery services are used to send account, system, and support messages.

Hosting

  • Secure US-based servers host www.v01.bltribe.org and the BLT Member area.

We share only the minimum information required for these services to operate.

7. Cookies & Tracking

BLT does not use tracking cookies for public visitors.

We only use basic functional cookies to:

  • keep you logged in
  • maintain session stability
  • support essential Member-area features

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or behavioural profiling tools.

8. How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. These measures include:

  • Secure authentication and passwords
  • Access controls and permission rules

  • explain what occurred and what data may be affected
  • outline the steps we are taking to address the issue
  • recommend protective measures you can take

We manage any breach with urgency, transparency, and care.

10. Minors (Ages 15–17)

Minors aged 15–17 may join BLT only with verified parental or guardian consent.

For these Members:

  • commissions (if any) are paid to the consenting parent or guardian
  • BLT may request limited identification solely to verify consent

Children under 15 cannot join BLT or hold an account.

11. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you
  • request corrections if your information is inaccurate or incomplete
  • request deletion where permitted by law
  • restrict certain types of processing
  • withdraw consent where we rely on it

12. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your information for as long as it is needed to:

  • maintain your BLT membership and account history
  • process commissions
  • meet legal and tax obligations

If your membership becomes inactive, your account and information remain securely stored in a dormant state so that you can return at any time.

We do not delete account information unless required by law.

13. Business Transfers

If BLT undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer, your personal information may be transferred as part of that process. We will take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected.

BLT may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of those external sites.
